The simple answer is YES. Our products can be shipped to a PO Box address and our service provider does do same. However, there are limitations. You cannot get Same-Day delivery with a PO box address.

We are currently using MCF to fulfill most of our orders. They try to maintain a service standard of 2-days delivery period. However, there may be delays, so our commitment to our customers is 3 - 10 business days delivery period.  

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 30 days of receipt. Please contact customer service to be provided a return address, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original brand tags still attached. We will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit and that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Yes, but the product that you initially purchased must be un-used, with seals and tags intact and unbroken, and it must be in the original box in which it came. Once we have confirmed that these conditions have been met, we will go ahead and ship the replacement product at no extra cost to you. If for any reason that you are unsatisfied with our watches, simply contact our customer service team, via chat or email (info@acizemwatches.com) for instructions.

If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the product has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your product has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the product, please call us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.

Our warranty is for a 1 - year period. If a defective timepiece cannot be fixed, within this time, a replacement will be sent to you. This warranty does not include wear and tear of the timepiece, and fall or damage due to carelessness. Our commitment is safeguard against a defective watch movement/inner mechanism. 

This watch is water resistant 3 ATM (atmospheric moisture) up-to 30 meters/100 feet, so it is resistant to water splash, rain, hand washing and humid conditions. However, it is not recommended for showering, swimming and snorkeling.

This is not a problem! Included in every box is a mesh adjustment manual (in about 5 different languages) and a metallic tool for you to regulate the band to your size.

We work with the best and secure payment service providers including: Visa, Mastercard, American Expres, Paypal, and ShopPay. And, we have buy-now-pay-later options, such as AfterPay and ShopPay.
